If a person wants to learn English well. He/She should immerse themselves in an English environment. The traditional method of memorizing words, studying it’s grammar, and doing test questions does help. However, a person needs an enviornment to practice what they have learned. Learning English through studying and using it in an environment is very different. I will provide an excellent guided environment for students to practice speaking.
I can also do English classes as well as a good environment for students to do. This will be a lot of work and preparation. However, it will be worth it. I think as a manager and teacher, it’s important for me to learn the art of self-management.
Beauty does make students want to come to class more. But good teaching is what eventually students will be appreciative of.
